Google is getting closer to Latin, and there are major shifts taking place in the SERP's right now. It appears to be a resurgence of the old Dance that was virtually lost last spring.
The only consolation is this is happening over a weekend where it will affect less people. Still, many webmasters will get butterflies when checking their rankings. Its another bouncy ride, we'll see what happens in the end. |

The dance is still going on. Many initial indicators lead me to believe this would be a short update, however this is not the case. Listings are still heavily disrupted, and in general Google is returning horrible search results. They are most definitely aware of this, and even though it is the shopping season, this apparently does not concern them.
Google is a company that takes great pride in providing accurate results, and its current state is deplorable. It will be fixed - when is uncertain. I can't see this continuing much into December, or people will start to use different search properties.
My favorite is www.alltheweb.com
The only thing we can do at this point is try to ignore the dismal results, continue to focus on business and wait for improvement. |
