PR(A) = (1-d) + d(PR(t1)/C(t1) + ... + PR(tn)/C(tn))

d= damping factor, a constant that is know only to G engineers.

Their research paper had d at 0.85 (85%). It may have changed a little, but that's still probably pretty close to the real value.
