Does anyone know of any companies who offers to build your link popularity, and charges by what page rank you wish to achieve?
I have been looking around at companies who offer link building services, but I am a but cautious because I don't want to pay for links from sites with very low pagerank (even though it may be relevant to my site), and won't help raise my PageRank.
Thanks! |

There are link building services available, however be careful not to get one that uses canned links or link farms.

No link to your site will ever hurt you. The links FROM your site are the important ones. Also, sites with a google PR less than 4 will not show up in the backward links feature, but they still count. I believe that it is better to have a link from a similarly themed site with a low PR than an unrelated site with a higher PR. The main constituents of a good link are its relatedness and the quality of the referrer. |

I have never heard of link popularity companies that charge by PR increasement.
Some companies charge per hour and others per link. Personally, If I would purchase myself, I would want to purchase per link.
If you have a good link popularity improvement company, they should be getting good links from good quality websites and decent PR. |

Hi GoldCougar,
There are too many factors involved in PageRank to hold links totally responsible for improving your PR. True, they do play an important part in PR but it's possible to get a decent PR with relatively few links.
Here are a couple other things to keep in mind;
Some links from sites may carry more weight dependant on the volume of inbound/outbound links on said site. Meaning you could have a PR 4 site linking to you which has more PR value than a site ranked PR 6.
If the PR 6 site has 100 inbound links to it but the page linking to you has 300 outbound on it and the PR 4 site has 35 inbound to 15 outbound links the PR 4 site would be the optimal choice as a partner.
A sites optimization also plays an important role in who you should be getting links from, as I stated above, you can generally get a good PR based on optimization.
There are just a multitude of factors which can an do influence PR. So, as a base rule anything with a PR 4 or higher is going to help boost your PR and show in the backlinks.
These are factors we take into consideration @ LinkageXpress.com a company of which I run the Operations. We only add beneficial link partners to client sites and do so with 3+ years of successful experience.
Lemme know if you would like some more info regarding this and I'll happily provide it.
best,
john |
